Hello there! I'm Alyssa Pasquale and welcome to my corner of the internet.

I started this blog because I have anxiety and I have found over the years that talking about it is rather helpful. My mission is to help anyone who may be suffering with a mental illness in silence and show them that they are not alone. Together we can break the stereotype of mental illness and heal.

I live in Utah with my husband Dominic who is arguably the most wonderful person on the planet. We have so much fun together, and with our crazy family. We love the outdoors, travel, books, food and while this is a mental health blog I will be sharing some of our adventures here and there.I can't wait to see what the future has in store.
